First, a focus-centered design approach, which adapts to the challenge—whether centered on humans, the planet, or other critical factors—by examining the reasoning behind choices and behaviors. Second, a systems thinking perspective, mapping the broader context and identifying the interdependent components that influence outcomes. Third, a data-driven methodology, grounding decisions in objective reality by analyzing actions, patterns, and impact. These dimensions must be assessed within the context of time and complexity, where temporal dynamics and the interplay of variables shape a comprehensive understanding of the challenge.
